Terms of Service
These terms explain how Tek Web provides digital services and what clients should expect when requesting, paying for, approving, and using those services.

Use of Tek Web Services
Tek Web provides website design and development, mobile app development, school management systems, e-commerce and marketplace platforms, software development, hosting and domain services, digital marketing, IT support, maintenance, and business automation services. Services must be used lawfully and in line with accepted proposals, invoices, subscriptions, or written agreements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, content, approvals, access credentials, business requirements, brand assets, and timely feedback. Delays in supplying required materials or approvals may affect project timelines and delivery dates.
Payment Terms
Projects may require deposits, milestone payments, subscription fees, renewal fees, or final balances before delivery, handover, deployment, or continued access. Third-party charges such as domains, hosting, SMS, payment gateways, plugins, app store fees, premium templates, and external licences may be billed separately.
Project Timelines
Estimated timelines depend on project scope, client feedback, content readiness, third-party integrations, testing, revisions, and payment completion. Tek Web will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed schedules but is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client inputs or external service providers.
Intellectual Property
After full payment, clients receive rights to the final approved deliverables prepared specifically for them, unless otherwise stated. Tek Web may retain ownership of reusable frameworks, code libraries, internal tools, templates, methods, and pre-existing intellectual property used to deliver the service.
Third-Party Services
Some solutions may rely on third-party providers including hosting companies, registrars, payment processors, analytics tools, app stores, email providers, APIs, SMS gateways, plugins, and cloud platforms. Their own terms, pricing, availability, review decisions, and service limitations apply.
Hosting and Domain Limitations
Domain registration, DNS propagation, hosting uptime, email delivery, SSL issuance, server performance, and renewals may depend on third-party providers. Tek Web can support setup and maintenance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability where issues are caused by external providers, expired renewals, client changes, or force majeure events.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to the Refund Policy, accepted quotation, invoice, subscription terms, and work already completed. Clients should review the Refund Policy before making payment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tek Web is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, third-party platform decisions, unavailable external services, data provided incorrectly by clients, or unauthorized access caused by client credential handling. Tek Web's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
Ghana Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes will first be handled through good-faith discussion, and where required, through the appropriate courts or dispute resolution processes in Ghana.
