What Information May Be Stored

Depending on how you use Jojo AI or GroFresh through WhatsApp, Tek Web may process information such as:

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Your WhatsApp display name, where available
• Messages or enquiries sent through the service
• Order, support, or service-request information
• Conversation history required to provide customer support
• Technical records necessary to operate and secure the service

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your WhatsApp-related data, email info@tekwebgh.com with the subject WhatsApp Data Deletion Request.

Please provide:

• Your full name
• The WhatsApp phone number you used
• Whether you used Jojo AI, GroFresh, or both
• A short statement confirming that you want your WhatsApp-related personal data deleted

For security purposes, Tek Web may ask you to confirm that you control the WhatsApp number associated with the request.

How Tek Web Processes Your Request

After receiving your request, Tek Web will:

1. 1Review the information you provided.
2. 2Verify the WhatsApp number where necessary.
3. 3Identify personal information associated with that number in systems controlled by Tek Web.
4. 4Delete or anonymize eligible WhatsApp-related information.
5. 5Remove conversation, customer-support, or service records that are no longer required.
6. 6Confirm completion of the request where appropriate.

We aim to process valid data-deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.

Information That May Need to Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where necessary for:

• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Financial and accounting records
• Fraud prevention
• Security investigations
• Dispute resolution
• Protection of Tek Web, its customers, or other users

Any information retained for these purposes will only be kept for as long as necessary.
